MANAGEMENT DECLARATION ON QUALITY POLICY OF “LITO-BALKAN” JS

The overall activity of "Lito Balkan" JSC's senior management and staff is focused on continuously improving and perfecting the supported Quality management system and on ensuring the compliance of the provided products and services with the specified requirements.To this end, the Company has developed, implemented and maintains a Quality management system for the production and sale of printed publications - books, magazines, stickers, labels, blanks for flexible packaging, promotional materials, albums, hard covers.

The senior management team is committed to providing all the necessary resources for the efficient operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality management system (QMS) in order to enhance our customers' satisfaction.Our goal is to maintain the implemented quality management system and to work for its continuous improvement in compliance with all current laws and regulations that affect our business, as well as national, European and international standards.

Our quality policy is based on the seven principles of quality management and is stated in the current Management Declaration as well as in item 5.2. of the Quality Manual. We are convinced that only the high quality of our products and services as well as the targeted actions for the continuous improvement of the main process groups identified as necessary for the efficient functioning of QMS (management processes, business processes and support processes) can ensure prosperity, opportunities for the realization of our company's strategic direction for sustainable development, expansion of our market share and exports, and allow us to meet the needs and expectations of all interested parties, while increasing our customers' satisfaction.

"Lito Balkan" JSC's senior management team is committed to compliance with the regulations' requirements, established by legislature or other competent State authority, including with respect to healthy and safe work conditions. The creation of the appropriate environment (social, psychological and physical parameters for the implementation of the business processes) is a priority for the senior management team. The implementation of healthy and safe work conditions is a constant responsibility of the senior management team, so that the creative potential can be optimized for the realization of the quality objectives.

The senior management team also undertakes the responsibility to monitor and verify the information regarding the internal and external circumstances and conditions in which the Company operates, as well as the needs and expectations of the company stakeholders. The senior management team will hold an annual review of the operational effectiveness of the QMS and its processes, and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions identified to address the potential risks and opportunities. Based on the precise and validated analysis of the operation of the QMS, the senior management team will make decisions for its continuous improvement, using the results of internal audits, observations, measurements and analyses of the data concerning the processes and products and services provided.

One of the key issues in achieving the objectives of the Company is to ensure the professional competence and qualifications of the personnel and its continuous improvement in line with the latest advances in the field of print production, using the latest high-performance equipment.

"Lito Balkan" JSC' management undertakes the responsibility to ensure the proper use, maintenance and improvement of the Quality management system and to create conditions for its efficient functioning. This responsibility is recognized and supported by the entire staff of the Company and in particular by the responsible officials, holding key positions in the organizational structure of "Lito Balkan" JSC

The Company staff may refer to us all inquiries concerning the functioning of the Quality management system, and also participate in its continuous improvement by making proposals regarding activities performed by individual contributors, and by actively eliminating established or potential discrepancies.

Absolute precision and strictness are asked of the Company staff in performing activities for the implementation of the processes specified in the documented information, supporting the defined scope of the QMS.

The Quality Manual, Version 01 and the documented information, supporting the defined scope of the QMS take effect from 01.08.2016.
